Hey Everyone! I hope you had a great new year and I wish you all the best for 2014. I have been pretty busy in 2013. I thought I should catch everyone up.
I started the year with a reality show titled, Does Someone Have to Go?" It was very interesting to see how a reality show runs against a narrative project. The roles of positions differ and we have a lot more cameras but the general theme is the same. Production working closely with the creatives to get them what they need to make their vision a reality.
I then went on to work on D-TEC, a web series for Samsung. The show would be exclusive to their Smart TVs coming out. I love working on new media projects because we get to play with a completely new platform. Specifically for D-TEC, we had a second screen platform that we had to create content on that would sync with the we series on TV. This project felt like a feature because we shot all the episodes at once totaling a 3 week shoot with 1 week of pickups.
Following, I worked on 3 more web series for Machinima that you may have heard of if you are in the video game world: Assassin's Creed, Dead Island and Half Life. The shorts are on youtube and a link is below.
The year was finished with 3 feature films that I am very fortunate to be a part of. One was a new media feature for online download only called CAMP TAKOTA. The 3 leads have a collective youtube following of 40 million so we made a movie to cater to those fans. The trailer is below. The next 2 films I worked on were for an amazing company called Snoot Entertainment. They are located in Venice and their passion for making great independent films is inspiring to me. I hope to be a part of many more projects with them in 2014.
I know all of you are going to love this! I worked in the production department for this web series. If you haven't seen Legacy 1 yet, you have some time to catch up before the full season of Legacy 2 is released on youtube. But to appease some curiosities, here is the trailer for MKL2. Thank you to Bandito Bros, Hayden Roush, Marina Stable, and Kevin Tancharoen (director of FAME). Enjoy!
Hey Everyone! It was a pleasure to UPM this project. Thank you so much for the opportunity to work with the talented Ben Howdeshell (director), Hayden Roush (producer), Shawn Wallace (producer), Eric Leach (DP) and Dmitry Tokoyakov (VFX). I am so impressed with how this web series turned out. We had so many different locations, a heli, picture vehicles, crashes, and complex VFX shots. If you are interested in the making, we have behind-the-scenes on youtube as well. This web series is a total of 6 episodes at 5-7 minutes each. You won't regret it!
Have a great day!
I hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving. I wanted to just post about an amazing director I have had the pleasure to work with, JUSTIN TIPPING! He is signed by UTA now and getting his stories out there. I am very proud of him. His newest collaboration will be a short film with LEXUS. He is featured on their website and the photo they used is from a music video for AMPLIVE we produced together. You may recognize the image from background photo. Below is the link for more information. These shorts are going to be awesome if Justin has anything to do with them. Talk to you all soon!

Hey everyone! Check out a web series episode I line produced the Los Angeles portion of. The new show, "Know your Ballpark" traveled to San Fran, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles to dive into the local baseball culture. Big thanks to Ezequiel Casares and Carole McClintock for camera operating. Getting a private tour of Dodger Stadium was truly an amazing experience. Enjoy!
After a year of hard work, we have finished OJALA- a short film. Look for it in the 2013 festival circuit. We are having the premiere on September 29th at The American Film Institute. Please message me for more details if you are interested in attending or if you want a copy of the PRESS KIT. I want to take a moment and thank my incredible principle team: Ryan Velasquez, Jon Boal, Chryssanthy Kofidou, Xue Yin and Josh Beirne- Golden. If you want to see more of these filmmakers' works, go to my contact page under network and you can directly go to their websites from there.
In the meantime, please check out the trailer below!
Hey Everyone! I hope you are having a productive summer. Below is an amazing collaboration between Acura and Metric. Metric toured 3 big cities showcasing their music and the new tricked out Acura ILX in front of every venue. We got to film it all. This is just 1 part of a mashup that is part documentary, part music video, part live concert and part Acura commercial. Of course, thank you to my amazing last minute crew: Bernard Evans, Carole McClintock, and Quincy Gray. Thank you Matt Stanley and Lauren Graham for bringing me on this project. More videos to come.
